Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, merchant preparation time, or other circumstances.

4.3 Accuracy of Orders

You are responsible for reviewing your order details. We are not responsible for errors made by merchants, including missing or incorrect items, sealed packaging issues, or food quality.

5. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees, including delivery fees, service fees, taxes, and tips. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

Fees are non-refundable once a delivery has been completed, except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on order status. Orders may not be cancellable once a driver has been assigned or the order has been picked up.

Refunds, if any, are issued at our sole discretion and may be provided as account credits or original payment method.

8. Independent Contractors

Delivery drivers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of VH-Delivers. We do not control how drivers perform deliveries, only that deliveries are completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VH-Delivers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the delivery giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VH-Delivers, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
